Hit me up! Let's talk

Sweet, talk to you soon!

I’m Robert Quintana, you can call me trooper! Actually I didn’t know my name was Robert until I was about 6. It’s always been trooper ya know, but we don't need to go over that right now.

Story driven Motion Designer specializing in 2D motion graphics animation, hand-lettering, and illustration.

Drop me a line, looking forward to speaking with you!

CAMARADERIE ENGAGEMENT

Although I have worked with and on many teams, my work (like most) is done solo and is accounted for solo. To help keep the feeling of being part of the team, warm and fuzzy. I look for ways to create interactions and engagement across departments. These fun little micro-nteractions with each other that happen in the company’s community spaces. Help nurture that camaraderie and kindle interactions between departments that don’t often engage on projects.

For example, doodle caption challenges, shape drawing challenges, and polls. These are all little activities and conversations that create a warm culture buzz in person and on “teams” even remote or traveling co-workers join.

I’ve also been happy to hear that it combats the feelings of isolation many can feel from working solo and not

often engaging with others, “because we don’t work on projects a lot together. So sometimes there’s no real need for us to talk. So these are nice ways to start a conversation.”

TROP CHOP GUAC SHOP

Simple little guacamole workshop I like to do. Easy way to bring everyone together when everyone is in the office. Goes from guac shop to shop talk real quick. Power snack  break, easier to talk business with chips and guac. Which totally impacts solution oriented problem solving.

These were captured while I was in-house during a companyanniversary. Did this one to help celebrate their milestone.
